Engicivil

Engicivil – Cardoso & Manata, Lda. began in 2013, when two professionals with more than two decades of experience in the construction industry joined forces to offer the best that can be done in construction, rehabilitation and renovation. It is headquartered in Aveiro.

It builds and rehabilitates buildings using the most modern construction methods: it has in-house engineering, its own means of production, a building yard and a team of 30 specialists in different areas of construction. It builds new buildings, refurbishes spaces and shops and rehabilitates façades, in three areas: industry and services, construction and rehabilitation.

It holds IMPIC licence no. 70366-PUB, class 5, which allows it to carry out public and private works of up to €2,656,000. Its projects include the refurbishment of Delabie's administrative building and part of its production area, the construction of a building in Gafanha de Aquém and the rehabilitation of a house in Vilar. It has been recognised as a PME Líder (leading SME) for the third year running and received the Prémio de Excelência (excellence award) for the second.
